Like a beautiful hot air balloon rising in the sky, you were built to rise.
Rise higher in business. Rise higher in life.
But many never rise to their full potential. Some never rise at all.
Why?
The reason some people never rise to their full potential is the same reason some hot air balloons don’t rise fully.
The reason hot air balloons don’t rise fully is that they are tethered to the ground—tied to the ground by ropes.
Many people are tethered, too. Tethered by lack of confidence. Tethered by limiting beliefs. Tethered by bad habits. Tethered like a hot air balloon that cannot rise unless it cuts all the tethers holding it down.
As we approach the new year, let me encourage you to identify and cut any tethers that are holding you from achieving your highest and best.
